Now since everyone has been talking about this, I decided to join in.

Women Billed For Waiting

Recently, in a hospital in Dallas, Texas, a woman was billed. And she wasn’t just charged for a checkup, she was charged for waiting! She broke a leg from playing volleyball and went to the hospital to fix it. And she kept waiting for about 19 hours, until she finally gave. Two weeks later, she received a bill of $167. The vice president of the hospital stated she was not charged for waiting, she was charged for assessment. Speaking of this madness, she does not plan to pay the bill.
Somewhere in Britain, a chef has been jailed for 30 years for murder. In fact, he was involved in cannibalism. For those of you who don’t know the meaning of cannibalism, it’s when one species eats another of its own kind. :-& Well anyways, he killed a man, and then cooked him and ingested him. He killed the person, apparently, one night. He stabbed him repeatedly in the throat. So then this douche bag walks into a nearby restaurant in a bloody gown and tells the staff that he killed someone. He then sits in court and claims to have no memory of this incident. Clearly, he had been sentenced to jail because of what he said to the employee the other day.
As strange as that can be, a man loses his “leg.” Well don’t freak out; no blood and gore was involved, only his $32,000 prosthetic leg was stolen from the doors of his truck. The victim had lost his leg in a mill accident about 13 years ago as of the day I write this post. Along with all his prosthetic products, the damage to his truck added an extra $6,000. While this happened, he was fishing with his friends when the thieves stole it. Although I feel sympathetic for this man, I would ask myself “If he lost his leg, wouldn’t his replacement leg be on at all times?” I don’t understand why someone would leave their “leg” in their truck. I can only say he probably misunderstood the meaning of the phrase “break a leg.”
